Morning Meadow is a modern, well-maintained, over 600 unit Self-Storage Facility, conveniently located adjacent to our Manufactured Home Community. We offer both standard units and climate controlled units in three sizes. Our facility is easily accessible from Interstate 20, Thomas Road, and the area surrounding West Monroe and Monroe.
Our modern, well-maintained facility is located just outside the West Monroe, LA city limits and is convenient to shopping, schools, churches, healthcare, businesses, work commutes, dining, recreation, sporting, and more. Adjacent to and integrated with our community is our self-storage facility offering 3 convenient sizes of rental units. We now offer both standard and climate-controlled units.
We proudly manage and operate our business so our customers always get a fair deal. We believe we are different in many dimensions from most of our market competitors. When you become one of our customers, you will experience the difference.
The price of our units range from $40 to $130 per month.
5 x 10, 10 x 10, and 10 x 20.
Normally on the first day of each month. on the same day of the month. The exception may be if when you rented your unit you paid a full month’s rent instead the prorated amount to the end of the rental month. In this exception condition, your rent comes due every month on the day corresponding to the day after your original rental date.
